The
Alliance of Residential Care Administrators (ARCA), is a statewide non-profit
organization, whose members primarily serve the long term needs of the
elderly, as well as those in need of skilled nursing (SNF), intermediate
care (ICF), including mentally and or physically impaired.
Our members are owners and caregivers who provide housing, meals, and personal care in a family setting, for those who need assistance or are no longer able to perform all the activities of daily living for themselves. Members have 5 or fewer residents.
ARCA is the largest Adult Residential Care Home (ARCH) organization in Hawaii. We represent 300 care homes serving a capacity of almost 1500 residents.
